David Morgan-Mar

David Morgan-Mar lives in Sydney, Australia. He began roleplaying in 1982 after requesting "that interesting-looking board game" for a Christmas present and spending several hours on Christmas morning discovering in wide-eyed amazement that Dungeons & Dragons wasn't a board game.

He has been contributing to the GURPS line and Pyramid since 1999, co-authoring Transhuman Space: Under Pressure and writing GURPS Update for Fourth edition. He also creates the geeky/gaming comic Irregular Webcomic! – featured in Pyramid.

When not gaming, David enjoys watching cricket, playing with Lego toys, and creating raytraced art. He also grows bonsai, which requires slightly less patience than getting his regular gaming group to stop goofing around and concentrate on the adventure goals.
