After e23 started having a dedicated staff, it was time for Pyramid magazine to get a new look. Rather than a weekly HTML collection of more-or-less-random articles, the Powers That Be decided to make a themed GURPS-centric PDF each month. The Pyramid editor decided on everyone's favorite genre (fantasy), with with a fan-favorite character type -- wizards -- as the inaugural topic. Pyramid #3/1: Tools of the Trade -- Wizards includes terrific submissions from fan-favorites Sean Punch and Matt Riggsby. So far the format revision has been a success, with GURPS fans speaking with their dollars. So, from all of us who work on the magazine to all of its readers: Thank you for your support!
